In January, God placed us in a new family, Church of Zion, a very unique church in the body of Christ. The entire church walks in a culture of worship, finding seams, flowing in the Spirit, and praying in tongues.
Ever since February 2024, these weekly Tuesday prayer meetings have reached a completely different level…to a place where all can sense we are in the throne room of the Father.
Time is short; we are in the end times. As the Holy Spirit shares with us His burden, we keep praying through in tongues until the burden has lifted.
One leader challenged us: “Let’s keep pressing in, lowering our buckets down into His well until we hit the clear refreshing water below.” It is worth it in the end to taste the cold, life giving fresh water below. I look forward to Tuesday prayer.
In speaking with MJ (Clem’s wife) lately about the very subject of intercession, we both came to the same conclusion: intercession undergirds everything. It is the glue; it is the battleground that gives victory as we persevere; it is non-negotiable. It pierces through places in the heavenlies and gives us a beach head where we battle for more ground and more presence, and more of Him, for His purposes to realize heaven on earth.
Matthew 6:9-13
9 “Pray, then, in this way:
‘Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.10 ‘Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.11 ‘Give us this day [a]our daily bread.12 ‘And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.13 ‘And do not lead us into temptation but deliver us from [b]evil. [c][For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.’]
